Use
In this IMG activity, you determine which source the system uses to enter data stored in an employee's personal documents (for example, passport or ID card) on employment contracts.
The report that generates employment contracts (HRUA_LABOR_CONTRACT) uses the data in this IMG activity to read data from subtypes in the Documents and Certificates infotype (0290).

Standard settings
Activities
- Select the document grouping LC.
- Enter the subtype of the document that stores employee's data that you want to enter on an employment contracts.
- If required, enter more than one subtype. To enter multiple subtypes, use the Priority of HR Valuation Rules field, which causes the system to read subtypes in a particular order.
Example
You employee both Russian nationals and citizens from other countries.
On the employment contracts for Russian citizens, you enter the data stored in the Russian passport (subtype 21). In the case of non-Russian citizens, however, you use the data from their passports, which you store in subtype 10.
In this IMG activity, enter two records for document grouping LC as follows:
