Use
In this Customizing activity, you meet legal reporting requirements in Russia by linking together wage types that store absence pay and the wage type that stores the average rate for the absence payment. This link enables reports to enter the actual average rate for absence payments on legal forms, such as form 4-FSS.
You use the AV indicator to link the native wage types that store absence pay (for example, M410 for paid leave or M420 sick leave) and the wage types that store the average rate for the corresponding type of absence.
The End Processing of Averages (RUA3) personnel calculation rule checks if the indicator AV exists for an absence wage type.
If the indicator exists for a given wage type, the rule saves the actual rate that the system uses for the absence payment in the wage type that you link to the native wage type in this IMG activity. The actual rate contains all rates - monthly, quarterly, and annual premiums, as well as the rates from basic payments.

The standard system contains links for some wage types that you use to store absence payments. If required, create links to your own wage types using the entries shipped as standard as an example.
