Use

In this IMG activity, you define the percentage of an employee's average daily earnings that he or she receives as child-care benefit.

The percentage, which is defined by law, cannot exceed 40% of an employee's average daily earnings.
The minimum amount an employee can receive is RUB 1,500 per month. You enter the minimum amount in the IMG activity Define Wage Type-Dependent Constants.
The maximum amount cannot exceed the legally-defined amount that you enter in the IMG activity Define Maximum Child-Care Benefit per Month.

Note: If an employee takes parental leave to look after two or more children, Russian legislation stipulates that the child-care benefit cannot exceed the employee's average monthly salary.
