Use

In this IMG activity, you define the number of days that the system uses when it calculates monthly child-care benefits when your employees are absent for a whole month.

The system multiplies the average daily earnings by the value of the constant to determine the level of child-care benefit for one month.

Note: The number of days in the constant is defined by legislation.

If your employees are absent for less than one month, the system uses the actual number of days for which your employees are absent.
