Activities
For the required wage types, you define the calculation processes that you want to use in a given payroll function and/or operation.
Example
Employees may have special uninsured working periods (for example, military service) that are included in their seniority when calculating their sick leave payments. However, the State Social Insurance Fund (FSS) is not liable to pay for these uninsured periods; instead, the Federal Budget has to pay the difference between the total amount of sick leave payments and the amount that has to be paid by the FSS. In the 4-FSS form, you must include both the total amount of sick leave payments and the amount that has to be financed from the Federal Budget.
By default, the calculation processes used in the Calculation Allowance for Social Insurance (RUSI0) function and in the Number of Calendar Days Worked (RUDUA) operation are relevant for the calculation of the total sick leave payments. To calculate the sick leave payments that have to be paid by the FSS only, you must redefine the calculation processes used in this function and operation for the given wage types.
In the standard system, you can use the RU08 (Period of Mandatory Social Insurance) process in the RUSI0 function and the RUIS (For sick-list calc. w/o uninsur. periods) process in the RUDUA operation for calculating seniority without including uninsured periods.
