Use
In this Customizing activity, you link wage types that store absence pay with the wage type that stores the minimum daily rate for calculating absence pay for a given absence type.
The system uses the link between the wage types to limit the rate of absence pay that employees receive during a period of absence.

Requirements
You have entered the following data:
- The number of calendar days that the system uses to calculate the average daily rate for absence pay in the Customizing activity Enter Number of Calendar Days in Two-Year Period
- The minimum wage that the system uses to determine the minimum daily rate for absence pay in the Customizing activity Enter Minimum Pay Values
- If applicable, the regional coefficient in the Customizing activity Determine Percentage of Regional Bonuses
Standard settings
Activities
For each wage type that you use to store absence payments in your company, enter the wage type that contains the minimum rate that the system uses to calculate absence pay for the absence type in question.
