Use

In this IMG activity, you define the value of the constant ILSEN. This constant is the number of months for which an employee works before he or she is entitled to a given amount of sick pay.

  • If an employee works for fewer months than you define in this IMG activity before becoming ill, he or she is entitled to compensation up to the amount of MROT for the whole month.
  • If an employee works for more than the number of months you enter in this IMG activity before becoming ill and claiming sickness pay, the sickness pay is limited to the constant RULIM (see the IMG activity Define Constant for Maximum Amount During Sickness.
