Use
In this IMG activity, you store the maximum amount of absence pay that employees can receive per day.
Alternatively, you can use wage types to store the daily limit for absence payments (see Define Limits for Absence Payments).
The payroll rule RUA4 uses the limit that you define in this IMG activity to determine an employee's absence payment.

Example
The monthly salary of one of your managers is RUB 50,000.
During the current month, and according to the manager's work schedule, he works for 20 days. During the month, he becomes sick and stays at home for two days.
The maximum amount of daily absence pay that you specify in this IMG activity is RUB 750.
The system calculates sick pay by multiplying the maximum amount (RUB 750) that you specify in this IMG activity by the number of days (2) for which the manager is absent.
As a result, the manager receives RUB 1,500 for the period of absence.
Note: The maximum daily amount that you enter in this IMG activity applies only when the amount that an employee earns per day exceeds the maximum amount. If the employee earns less per day that the amount that you specify in this IMG activity, you use the employee's salary to determine the sick pay.
