Use
In this Customizing activity, you enter the wage types in which you want the system to store different parts of an absence.
According to current legislation, for all types of absence except work accidents, the employer pays for a certain number of days of an absence period and the social insurance fund (see FSS) pays for the rest of the absence period.
In the case of work accidents, the FSS pays for the entire absence.
To enable different parties to pay for different parts of the absence, you need to assign different wage types to the various parts of the absence. In other words, you assign one wage type to the first days of a period of absence and use the native wage type for the subsequent days.
The Calculation Allowance for Social Insurance (RUSI0) function splits the output table according to the wage types that you enter in this Customizing activity.
Requirements
You have entered the type of day that the system uses to process absences using the parameter RUSI0-PAID_EVAL_METHOD in Customizing for Payroll Russia under Absences -> Absence Processing -> Determine Special Parameters.

Example
Assume that one of your employees is absent for four days.
As an employer, you pay for the first three days of the absence and the social insurance fund pays for the fourth day.
You use the Sickness (M420) wage type for the absence in the input table. To split the absence payment in line with legislation, you enter the following data in this Customizing activity:
Abs. Type Day No. Wage Type
0200 3 M471
The Calculation Allowance for Social Insurance (RUSI0) function uses the Sickness First Days (M471) wage type for the first three days of the absence and the native wage type, M420, for the last day of the absence.
