Use
In this IMG activity, you set up wage types that allow you to determine the relevance of additional payments for calculating an employee's average pay.
According to Russian legislation, if employees receive more than one additional payment in a given period (month, quarter, or year), only the maximum payment in the respective period is included in the average calculation.
To enable the system to carry out the above function, you must perform the following activities:
Enter intermediate wage types that store the maximum amount of an additional payment
Enter the link between the regular wage type for an additional payment in a particular period and the wage type that stores the maximum additional payment in that period
The function module HR_RU_AV_REFINE_RESULTS uses the link in the Indicator field to assign the amounts from the regular wage types for additional payments to the intermediate wage types.
The function RUAVE uses the intermediate wage types in this IMG activity when it calculates average payments.
