Use

In this IMG activity, you enter the average number of employees in your company for a given month and year.

The social insurance reports that you submit to the authorities use the number of employees on your payroll to check various data related to social insurance payments. For example, the authorities check that you are paying the correct amount of tax for the number of employees in your organization.

You create an organization code to represent a certain part of your organization, such as a legal person. When you run social insurance reports, such as the report that details advance payments for mandatory pension insurance, the report reads the number of employees assigned to the part of your organization for which you run the report.
