Use
In this Customizing activity, you can find information about the data acquisition (DAQ) subapplication CIA0. The Card for Individual Account of Social Insurance Contributions (HRULCIA0) report uses the subapplication to fill the fields in the Card for Individual Account of Social Insurance Contributions.
The subapplication CIA0 enables you to enter data in the output form and split payroll results among the months in a year.
Note: The structure of the DAQ subapplication and nested structures must correspond exactly to the CIA Table of Form (HRPADRU_CIA_FORM_T) ABAP dictionary structure for the subapplication CIA0. You specify the ABAP dictionary structure in the RU Attributes of Form section of the Customizing activity Define Fields and Conditions in Forms.
The subapplication CIA0 comprises the following sections:
- 1CND - Conditions
This technical section contains fields with a different tariff code. The Retrieve Tariff Code (HR_RU_DAQ_CIA_TRF_CD) function module enters data in the fields according to the Conditions for Table Reading section of the Customizing activity Define Fields and Conditions in Forms. The conditions must match the tax schema for the employees in the output form. - FORM - Form identification
This technical section contains four fields that represent a key for each organization (a legal person and all detached subdivisions). All fields are marked as key fields for splitting the payroll results and for entering the results on a separate output form. The FORM section is a predecessor of the nested sections HEAD, ITAX, and PAYM. - HEAD - Form header
This section contains the header and footer of the output form. The section collects data from the following sources: - Fields on the selection screen of the Card for Individual Account of Social Insurance Contributions (HRULCIA0) report
The Retrieve Field Values from CL_HRPADRU_ORG Using Person (HR_RU_DAQ_SEL_PARAMS) function module reads data from the selection screen and places it in the DAQ form. - Data stored in the Customizing activity Enter Data About Organization.
The Retrieve Field Values from CL_HRPADRU_ORG Using Person (HR_RU_DAQ_ORG) function module collects the data for this section. - Personal Data (0002) infotype with the Retrieve Employee's Nationality (HR_RU_DAQ_CIA_PER_NATIO) function module, as well as the Challenge (0004) infotype and Documents and Certificates (0290) infotype by means of the Retrieve Employee's IT0290 Docs (HR_RU_DAQ_CIA_PER_DOCS) function module.
- ITAX - Insurance Tax Rates
Groups fields for the Tariff Code table in the output form. The Retrieve Rates (HR_RU_DAQ_CIA_RTES) function module collects data for this section by using wage type codes. - PAYM - Bases/payments per month and year
This section groups fields for the main table in the output form. The Retrieve Amounts (HR_RU_DAQ_CIA_AMNTS) function module collects data for this section from wage type codes.
