Use
In this IMG activity, you enter the forms that you use to output report data.
In the case of forms for Russian payroll, the logical form name is the name of the report. All forms for Russian payroll are grouped in the form group HR_RU.
Note: Since all reports for Russian payroll need a form variant, even if you need only one kind of form for a given report, you create a form variant for each combination of report and form type.
In the case of legal changes, you can enter multiple forms of the same type, for example PDF, for one report. You determine which form the report uses by means of the validity period. That is, you can use the same form variant for more than one validity period.
On the report selection screen, such as for form ADV-1 (report HRULPFP1), you determine which form you want to use by entering the form variant.

The standard system contains forms that meet legal requirements.
Activities
Example
You want to print form ADV-1 using a PDF form.
After you have created the appropriate form in transaction SFP, you enter the required data in this IMG activity, including the name of the report (HRULPFP1), a form variant, and the validity period.
