In this step you check the storage of the sums for all allowances. The necessary processing steps are carried out in schema RAL0 (Monthly factoring and storage) in subschema RNR3 (Sum of fixed and variable Allowances) and the following personnel calculation rules which are references by it:

  • RNS1: Cumulated fixed ALW to /322

    In this rule the MINDEF wage types for fixed allowances are transferred to wage type /322 (NS-Sum of fixed ALW/MDEF) and then stored in the RT.

  • RNS2: Cumulated variab. ALW to /323

    In this rule the MINDEF wage types for variable allowances are transferred to wage type /323 (NS-Sum of var. ALW/MDEF) and then stored in the RT.

  • RNS3: Cumulated ALW to /320

    In this rule sum the wage types for allowances are transferred to wage type /320 (NS-Allowances by MDEF) and then stored in the RT.

Activities

Check the processing steps of the above mentioned personnel calculation rules. If you want to make alterations, proceed as follows:

  1. Copy the rule delivered by SAP to create a customer rule (e.g. RNS1 -> ZNS1).
  2. Make your changes to the copied rule.
  3. Save the copied personnel calculation rule.
  4. In schema RNR3, substitute the call of the SAP standard rule with that of the copied rule.
  5. Save the schema.
