In this step, you use :
- evaluation class 11 (Wage Type Allocation for Group Certificates) to configure your wage types into payments, deductions, allowances and taxes for printing on group certificates.
- Wage Type Allocation for Group Certificates (11) Evaluation Class to configure Employee Termination Payment wage types for printing on ETP payment summary form.
Example
To define the wage type Meal Allowance (M221) as a separate allowance on a group certificate, you set evaluation class 11 to specification G2.
To define the wage type Union Fee (D020) as a union fee deduction on a group certificate, you set evaluation class 11 to specification UD.
To define ETP wage types Transitional Benefit (I704) as a transitional payment ,you set evaluation class 11 to specification ER.
To define ETP wage types Tax Benefit (I471) as tax on life benefit payment ,you set evaluation class 11 to specification TL.
Requirements
Your wage types must be set up in the view Processing Classes, Cumulations and Evaluation Classes (V_512W_D). To do this, in the Implementation Guide for Payroll Australia, choose Basic Settings -> Environment of Wage Type Maintenance -> Create wage type catalog.

The standard system contains model SAP wage types that you can use or copy.
Recommendation
Activities
To group wage types for group certificates, you:
- Flag the relevant wage types, and choose Goto -> Details.
- Enter the appropriate specification for each wage type in evaluation class 11.
- Navigate between the wage types using Goto -> Next entry.
