In this step, you create and modify the reasons for an employee's participation in a specific superannuation fund. The reasons you enter are used to set up the Superannuation infotype (0220).
Example
An employee has changed superannuation funds, and you are required to record the reason for the employee's change of fund.
Requirements
Standard settings
The standard system contains model entries that you can copy to create your own entries.
Recommendation
Setting up reason codes is optional, but nevertheless recommended.
Activities
To define the reasons for your employees' participation in a superannuation fund, you:
- Choose Edit -> New entries.
- Enter the relevant infotype.
- If applicable, enter a reason code.
- Enter the reason description.
