Example
You have leave type AN for annual leave, accrual ID 01 for an accrual rate of zero, and leave accrual ID 02 for an accrual of 20 days per year. You want to enter ID descriptions to identify leave accrual IDs more easily.

Activities
To create new descriptions for leave accrual IDs, you:
- Choose Edit -> New entries, and enter the personnel subarea grouping and the leave type.
- Enter the leave accrual and leave accrual ID description.
To modify the model SAP leave accrual ID descriptions, you:
- Flag the relevant model SAP leave accrual ID descriptions.
- Choose Edit -> Copy as, and modify the fields according to your requirements.
