In this step, you set up a default accrual ID. The SAP System will display this ID whenever you access the Loading Leave infotype (0261) to create new employee records.
Requirements
The default accrual ID should be part of a leave accrual rule, or have been created in the step Create leave accrual rules.
Standard settings
The standard system defaults to accrual ID 01.
Recommendation
If you identify a group of employees requiring a different default accrual ID, modify the standard settings to meet your requirements.
Activities
- Determine which accrual ID you want to use as the default.
- If necessary, edit the feature Accrual ID for Infotype 0261 (13AID) to meet your requirements.
