During leave provision processing, the Leave Provisions Liability program multiplies an employee's leave liability hours or days by the employee's hourly rate to produce a liability dollar value.

In this step, you configure the hourly rate wage types used to calculate the liability dollar value. To do this, you assign your leave provision wage types to the wage type group for leave provision hourly rates.

Requirements

You must have created your leave provision wage types in the wage type catalog. To do this, in the Implementation Guide for Payroll Australia, go to Basic Settings -> Environment of Wage Type Maintenance -> Create wage type catalog.

Standard settings

The standard system contains model SAP wage types that you can copy and rename to create your own.

Recommendation

Activities

Choose Edit -> New entries, and enter the wage types you want to assign to the wage type group for leave provision hourly rates.
