In this IMG activity, you assign your specific cumulation categories to the time units of the payroll period to be cumulated.

Example

You want to use bi-annual cumulation category 1 for payroll periods with bi-weekly (04) and bi-monthly (02) time units.

To do this, you must make two entries:

  1. Cumulation category 1 with time unit 04 and
  2. Cumulation category 1 with time unit 02.

Requirements

You must have defined the cumulation categories.

Recommendation

Only use cumulation categories with a larger time frame than the payroll time unit.

Activities

Assign the cumulation categories defined in the previous step to the relevant payroll time units.
