Use

In this IMG activity, you can set up your organization's pay scale types. The master data in the Basis Pay infotype (0008) is derived from the pay scale type. By using the internal key, you can assign a fixed internal mean for evaluations of optional pay scale types.

Requirements

You are familiar with the pay scale types valid in your company or organization.

Standard settings

The standard system contains model pay scale types.

Recommendation

Use the model entries provided in the standard system.

Activities

  1. Delete any entries that you do not require.
  2. Set up the pay scale types with the data that meets your requirements.
    1. Enter a key and name for pay scale types.
    2. If necessary, specify an internal key.
