In this step, you maintain the set of properties, that will later be analyzed by the legal reports, for the entities defined in step Define entities.

Example

  1. If you want to specify the Social Security number of the entity corresponding to your factory (subarea), select SSNUM in the column Field name and enter the Social Security number in the Property data field.
  2. If you want to specify that the entity corresponding to your company is affiliated to a certain trade association (for example, the Portuguese Association for Information Systems), select EASSO in the Field name column and enter the trade association name mentioned above in the Property data field.
  3. If you want to specify that the entity corresponds to the tax payer's reference number of the legal representative, select NIFRL in the column Field name and enter the corresponding number in the Property data field.
