Use

In this IMG activity, you can create social security institutions for private sector employees and public sector employees apppointed after December 31, 2005. You can also create CGA institutions for public sector employees appointed before January 1, 2006.

The user can then choose one of these institutions when recording social security data for an employee in the Social Security PT infotype (0332).

Activities

  1. Determine which institutions you need to define for your organizations.
  2. For each new institution, define the following:
    • Institution grouping (which later associates a social security regime or CGA pension scheme with this institution)
    • Number of digits of the institution's beneficiary number
    • Address data
  3. Save your entries.
