Use

Requirements

You have defined pay scale areas for your organization in the IMG activity Define Pay Scale Areas.

Standard settings

The standard system contains the personnel groups that are valid for the social balance.

Activities

  1. Determine which personnel groups you require for your organization's social balance report
  2. Choose a pay scale area, a code, and a professional category.
  3. Define a validity period.
  4. Assign a personnel group.
  5. Save your entries.
