Use

In this IMG activity, you can define descriptions for the special mobility phases, which are typically used in your organization based on the standard special mobility phases defined in the system. For example, you can create a country-specific description. The user can then choose one of these special mobility phases when recording mobility data for an employee in the Mobility infotype (0899).

Requirements

You can only define special mobility phases for the special mobility types reassignment and resuming of functions.

Standard settings

The standard system contains standard special mobility phases for the special mobility types reassignment and resuming of functions.

Activities

  1. Determine which special mobility phases are relevant for your organization.
  2. Choose a mobility code.
  3. Enter a code for the phase and choose one of the standard special mobility phases on which you want to base the phase description.
  4. Enter an appropriate description.
  5. Save your entries.
