Use

In this IMG activity, you can check whether the wage types that are relevant for CGA deductions are maintained with appropriate evaluation class. This evaluation class is used when you run the Magnetic File for CGA Deductions (RPCCGAPT0PBS) report.

Requirements

You have created wage types based on the model wage types in the standard system.

Standard settings

The standard system contains model wage types. You only need to define an evaluation class for additional wage types that you have created or additional wage types that you want to include.

Activities

  1. Choose and display a wage type.
  2. Check whether the appropriate evaluation class is assigned to the wage type. If not, assign evaluation class 15 to the selected wage type.
  3. Save your entries.
