Use

In this IMG activity, you can define the wage types which will be used to reimburse medical expenses. You use the PTREU feature to associate each treatment group with two wage types:

  • Wage type 1: used to store the amount up to the maximum of reimbursement allowed for a given treatment group (reimbursement paid).
  • Wage type 2: used to store the amount that exceeds the maximum reimbursement for a given treatment group (reimbursement not paid).

Requirements

The wage types that you want to associate with the treatment groups must have been created.

Standard settings

The standard system contains only the predefined wage types RE01 (reimubursement paid) and RE02 (reimbursement not paid) which will be used if you do not customize wage types for a given treatment group.

Activities

  1. Select the treatment group that you want to customize.
  2. In the return values dialog box, enter the two wage types that you want to associate with this treatment group.

    Note: The syntax used is WT01WT02, with no spaces in between, where WT01 is wage type 1 and WT02 is wage type 2.

  3. Save your entries.

Example

You have created two wage types:

  • WT01 - to store reimbursements paid
  • WT02 - to store reimbursements not paid

If you want to customize the treatment group 0003 (Cirurgia), then you enter WT01WT02 in the return value dialog box.
