In this IMG activity, you can configure the Max. Period of Reimbursement constant (UADS4).

This constant specifies the maximum period of time (in months) that the system accepts receipts of medical treatments submitted by the employee.

In the standard system, the maximum period to consider receipts of medical treatments for reimbursement is defined as 6 months.

1. Check the value of the constant. The default value is 6.

2. Enter the value according to the maximum number of months you want receipts of medical treatments to be accepted by the system for reimbursements.

3. Save your change.
