Use

In this IMG activity, you can define the day types that your organization uses for basic pay factoring.

Requirements

Standard settings

In the standard system, the following day types are defined and cannot be changed:

WORK    - Worked days

PABS     - Paid absences

UABS     - Unpaid absences

GABS     - Generic absences

INAC         - Inactive days

If your organization has special requirements for absences, you can create additional day types for absences with ranges Y* and Z*.

Activities

  1. Enter a code for the day type and a corresponding description.
  2. Save your entries.
