Use

In this IMG activity, you can map action types and action reasons, which are defined in the standard system, to the action codes that are used in the Public Administration Human Resources' Database (BDAP).

The system uses this information to generate information block N when the report is run. This activity also provides information about the reason for absence and the reason for termination of service.

You can also map action types to situation codes that are used to identify the functional situation of employees in CGA records. These records contain all the amounts for CGA deductions and compensations, absences, leave, retirement situations, and so on.

This information is also used in the Magnetic File for CGA Deductions report to generate a magnetic file that is sent monthy to the pension scheme instituition (CGA).

Moreover, the information is used in the Information System for State Organisation (SIOE) (RPCSIOPT0PBS) report.
