Use

In this IMG activity, you can map absence types, which are defined in the standard system for personnel subarea groupings, to the codes that are used to indicate the reasons for absences in the Public Administration Human Resources' Database (BDAP).

You can also map absence types to situation codes that are used to identify the functional situation of employees in CGA records. These records contain all the amounts for CGA deductions and compensations, absences, leave, retirement situations, and so on.

This information is also used in the Magnetic File for CGA Deductions report to generate a magnetic file that is sent monthy to the pension scheme instituition (CGA).
