Use

In this IMG activity, you can define the BDAP scenario of employees according to employee subgroups. You can also assign a legal relationship to the employee subgroup in combination with a scenario. These assignments are used in the Public Administration Database (BDAP) report (RPCBDAPT0PBS).

Requirements

You haved defined legal relationships in the IMG activity Define Legal Relationships.

Standard settings

The standard system contains model employee subgroups.

Activities

  1. Check the available entries and make any necessary changes.
  2. If necessary, assign scenarios and legal relationships to additional employee subgroups.
  3. Save your entries.

Note

You can assign an employee subgroup to only one scenario. However, you can assign different employee subgroups to the same scenario.

You do not have to assign all employee subgroup to a scenario, for example, if you do not want to include a certain group of employees in the Public Administration Human Resources' Database (BDAP) report.
