Use

In this IMG activity, you can define a point system and descriptions for performance classification that you use to rate employees and determine whether they are eligibile for career progression when you run the Automatic Progression report.

Requirements

Standard settings

The standard system contains model entries.

Activities

  1. Determine how you want to classify employee performance for the different careers.
  2. Assign weighting values and the corresponding points to different pay scale types (careers).
  3. Use one of the availble descriptions or create new descriptions for the performance classifications, for example, insufficient, good, very good, excellent.
  4. Save your entries.
