Use

In this IMG activity, you can define career progression paths for employees. This data is required for each career/category to be able to determine whether an employee with a certain career/category is eligible for career progression when you run the Automatic Progression report.

Requirements

You have defined performance classification values in the IMG activity Define Performance Classification Values.

Standard settings

Activities

  1. Choose a pay scale type (career) and a pay scale group (category).
  2. Define the following data for the career/category:
    • Condition number
    • End date
      • End date of the classification period
    • Seniority days
      • Minimum seniority level in days that an employee has to have for the scale
    • Performance years
      • Time in years to consider for the performance classification
    • Range years
      • Interval period between performance classifications to consider in years
    • Performance classification description
  3. Save your entries.
