In this step, you maintain the vacation allowance grouping and the processing variants characteristics that are relevant for the processing steps of the vacation allowance. These processing steps are the generation of payment data, determination of the vacation allowance payment, and estimation and adjustments of the annual vacation allowance.

Requirements

The employee has been assigned to a processing variant in Allowance Grouping PT (infotype 0334).

Activities

  1. Maintain the vacation allowance grouping and its description.
  2. To maintain the characteristics of the processing variants, select the type of processing you want to configure and then:
    1. Select a vacation allowance grouping in the VA Grouping field.
    2. Press Details
    3. Fill in the fields with the necessary information
    4. Save your entries.
