  • A - Annual leave
  • T - Days accrued due contract termination

Requirements

You must maintain the absence quota types in the IMG step: Personnel Time Management -> Time Data Recording and Administration -> Managing Time Accounts with Attendance/Absence Quotas -> Time Quota Types -> Define absence quota types.

Activities

In order to classify the absence quota types, proceed as follows:

  1. Mark the absence quota type that is relevant for the vacation allowance processing
  2. Enter the corresponding classification value (A or T)
  3. Save your entry.
