In this step, you assign the quota type selection rule group to the employee, depending on his/her contract situation.

Example

Employees in personnel subarea PT01, employee subgroup grouping PS, and with contract beginning on the first semester of the entitlement year are assigned to quota type selection rule 02.

Employees in personnel subarea PT01, employee group subgroup PS with contact beginning on the second semester of the entitlement year are assigned to quota type selecton rule 01.

Requirements

The following IMG steps have already been configured:

• Time management -> Time data administration and recording -> Time accounts administration via attendance/absence quotas ->Group personnel subgroups for time quotas.
• Time management -> Time data administration and recording -> Time accounts administration via attendance/absence quotas ->Group personnel subgroups for time quotas.

Activities

To assign the quota type selection rule you must:

1. Enter all possible combinations for the fields employee subgroups, personnel subarea grouping for time quota types and personnel subarea grouping for time recording.
2. For each of these combinations, enter a value for the selection rule validity
3. For each combination associated to a selection rule validity, enter a value in the fields quota type selection rule group, number of months before start of deduction and date type for start date of deduction.
4. Save your entries.
