Standard settings

In the standard SAP R/3 system, most variable allowance wage types (for example, overtime) are configured as relevant for average calculation and then included in the reference remuneration.

Recommendation

Activities

  1. Check which allowances must be calculated for the vacation allowance reference remuneration.
  2. Specify, for each wage type, if it is to be cumulated in the vacation allowance average basis wage type.

This is only relevant for vacation allowances that are paid once a year. See step Determine type of vacation allowance processing for more information.
