Activities

For every wage type representing a seniority concept, decide:

  1. Which type of seniority it represents - seniority in the company, in the corporation, or in the current pay scale level. This also determines which kind of absences decrease the seniority in question;
  2. How should this seniority be valuated - a fixed amount or a percentage of valuation bases (refer to step Calculating seniority valuation bases).
