In this step, you indicate if the employee groups and subgroups you have customized for Organizational Assignments infotype (0001) contain employees belonging to the statutory board.

Requirements

Example

You want to classify the employees of an active employee group (1) and salaried staff subgroup (PS) as belonging to the statutory board, to include this information in the Social Balance. The employee group and subgroup have already been customized for the Organizational assignments infotype (0001). Therefore, the appropriate value for this function is 01.

Activities

To indicate if the employees of an employee group and subgroup belong to the statutory board, enter the corresponding classification in the Value field.
