In this step, you assign the absence or attendance classification value provided by SAP to the absence or attendance type you have customized.

Example

You want to classify the type of absence Vacation (0100), which you have customized, to include it in the Social Balance. Therefore, considering that the employee belongs to personnel subarea grouping 19, the absence type value is 18.

To assign classification values to the absence or attendance type:

  1. Choose the value provided by SAP that corresponds to the absence or attendance type you have customized
  2. If the type of absence is to be paid, set the flag Paid/unpaid.
