In this step, you define the percentage of an employee's year-to-date gross earnings for leave accrual to which he or she is eligible on termination. For each absence quota type, you can assign several percentage rates depending on the number of yearly entitlement hours.
Example
An employee is entitled to 6% of his or her year-to-date gross earnings if his or her base entitlement for annual leave (absence quota type 60) is more than 0 hours and less or equal to 112.5 hours.

Activities
To enter a new rule:
Choose New entries.
Enter the employee subgroup grouping and personnel subarea grouping for whom the rule applies.
Enter the absence quota type for which you wish to compensate leave accrual.
If you wish to maintain more than one rule for this combination of employee subgroup grouping, personnel subarea grouping and absence quota type, enter a sequential number. (See the example above).
Enter the minimum and maximum base entitlement to leave (in hours) for which the rule is valid.
Enter the percentage of year-to-date gross earnings which are to be paid out to an employee on termination if he or she fulfills the above conditions.
