In this step, you determine the wage types that can be used to increase or decrease the amount of tax deducted from the employee's salary.
This tax is in addition to the standard amount of tax that the payroll run calculates on the basis of the employee's Tax New Zealand infotype (0313). It is a useful alternative to overriding the tax calculated by the system.

The SAP System contains the Additional Tax model wage type (TADD).
Recommendation
SAP recommends that you use or copy the model entry wage type.
Activities
- Choose the relevant wage type.
- Choose Details.
- Enter specification X Additional tax.
- Choose Save.
