Use

In this activitiy, you maintain the values of the constant Parental Leave Override Flag constant (PLORF).

You may make advance payments against annual leave for an employee. This advance payment is made as the greater of the average versus Ordinary Pay rate. Later, when the annual leave quota is actually created, the quota may be affected by parental leave. The rate at which the absence should have been paid may be less than the rate at which the advance payment was made. In this scenario, a claim is made from the employee for the extra payment made at a higher rate during advance payment. But, you may choose at a company level not to make claims from the employees. To do this, you must enter 1 as the value of this constant.
