  • 8, if you want the absence type to be paid out daily as the hourly RDP rate, which is calculated using the the 4-week formula. Here, the 4-week formula is calculated using the value of the Daily RDP Pay Rate wage type (/IDD) for the period and the value of the actual Daily Hours (TGSTD) from the table view Work Schedule Rules table (T508A).
  • A, it means the system calculates the payment for the absence type daily RDP rate, using the 52-week formula. Here, the system does this calculation using the gross earnings over the last 52 weeks divided by the actual days of work during this period to give a daily rate. The value of this rate is stored in wage type /IAD.
  • B, it means the system calculates the payment for the absence type daily RDP rate, using the 52-week formula. Here, the system does this calculation using the gross earnings over the last 52 weeks divided by the actual work days. The value is then divided by the average daily work hours from the employee work schedule to give an hourly rate. The value of this rate is stored in wage type /IAH.
  • C, it means the system calculates the payment for the absence type daily RDP rate, using the 52-week formula. Here, the system does this calculation using the 52-week formula.
