In this step, you set up the layout of the forms used to print employee Inland Revenue (IR) certificates. The forms are created using SAPscript and have been approved for use by the Inland Revenue Department (IRD). You also set up the default printer devices to which the output is directed. The forms and printers are set in the feature 43IRC.
Example
You need to use a new form to print the IR certificates on preprinted IRD stationery. You replace the current form in the feature with the name of your own SAPscript form.
You do not require default printers. You replace the printer name with a blank entry.
Requirements
Standard settings
In the standard system, the IR certificate feature 43IRC is configured with the following forms:
- RP_IRCRTLP_NZ - the form used for laser printing with the preprinted IRD IR12LP form
- RP_IRCRTDP_NZ - the form used for impact printing with the preprinted IRD IR12DP form
Recommendation
SAP recommends that you configure the two default printers to your requirements but do not change the forms without the written approval of the IRD to use the new forms.
