In this step, you set up the version number for the Inland Revenue certificate electronic file.
The version number is required by the Inland Revenue Department (IRD) for the Inland Revenue certificate electronic file to be valid.
Example
You may wish to set up the version number per country code whereby the version is 011 for company code NZ01. The operation for company code NZ01 would be &IRVER=011.
Requirements
The feature 43IRD must be setup in the system before any Inland Revenue certificate electronic files can be created.
Standard settings
The standard system contains the Inland Revenue certificate feature 43IRD configured for version number 011.
Recommendation
SAP recommends that you configure the version number in accordance with the guidelines specified by the IRD.
Activities
Modify the feature 43IRD as required.
