In this step, you allocate the number range intervals for the Inland Revenue certificate number to be displayed on the IR certificates.

The number range intervals are required by the Inland Revenue Department (IRD) for the IR certificate to be valid.

Activities

To view an existing number range,

  1. Enter a company code.
  2. Choose Interval -> Display.

To create a new number range,

  1. Enter a company code.
  2. Choose Interval -> Change.
  3. Choose Edit -> Insert interval.
  4. Enter the new interval and save your entry.
