For the purposes of assigning an employer premium rate to your employees, you classify your employees into units. Each classification unit has a premium rate.
If your company is engaged in a single business activity, you need only one classification unit. However, if your company is engaged in more than one activity, you may need several classification units.
In this step, you define the classification units and their respective premium rates. You assign a group of employees to a particular classification unit in the feature ACCRT.

Recommendation
SAP recommends using a naming convention such as ACCR1, ACCR2 for additional classification units (constants).
