Use

In this IMG step, you can determine the desired case manager group and incorporate the case managers into this group.

Note!

With the aid of the Elegibility for Permanent Invalidity Benefit (Restrictions) Act case manager groups (NLWPB) attribute, you can determine a default case manager group afterwards.

Requirements

Provide the above-mentioned attribute and Organizational Assignment (0001) infotype.

Standard settings

Activities

  1. Select New data.
  2. Indicate the desired group of employees.
  3. Indicate a 3-digit code to identify the employee.
  4. Enter the name of the employee, as well as the form of address and the extension number.
  5. Enter the SAP name if applicable (only applicable to SAP Office users).
  6. Save your data.

Example

The case manager is the time manager who is stored in the Empl. time (employee for time registration) field of infotypeOrganizational Assignment (0001), the line manager of the employee on the basis of the organizational assignment, or a randomly assigned person.
